Depending on your project needs, you may receive a short questionnaire to fill out. Once I receive your information and have determined we would be a good fit, I’ll reach out with my availability so we can schedule a meeting.
Now that we have the basics down, we can really get the ball rolling. We’ll work together to identify your goals and discuss the message we will be conveying with your completed project. With the main components in place, we’ll develop a project strategy to outline deliverables and inform you on what to anticipate every step of the way. After this meeting a project contract will be developed. In order to secure your project start date, a signed contract and 50% deposit are required. In order to properly kick off the project, you will receive some homework to complete before the project start date.
Based on your completed homework, I will begin to create the visual direction of your projects with mood boards, color palettes, typography considerations, imagery, and, and preliminary design concepts. Each of these elements work to define a cohesive story for your project. This part of the process typically takes 2 weeks, but may vary depending on the extent of your project.
Once you’ve signed off on a final visual direction for the project, I’ll begin designing all components of your project! During this time, we’ll maintain consistent open dialogue to fine-tune the design through rapid revisions. This process takes a minimum of two weeks.
Once the final designs have been approved, I will package and compile the project components for your use. You will receive all native files, PDFs, and images on your custom client portal. The remainder of the project fee is due before you receive production files.
